The Company was formed by three men; Nathan D. Brascher, originally from Richmond Indiana, was the general manager and editor, Welcome T. Blue was the President and Thomas W. Fleming served as secretary. Although the paper claimed a circulation of 2500 in 1912, the paper ceased publication soon after that date.
