board meeting once a year. That the Finance Committee
collect dues and public collections and said money be paid
to Contingent Treasurer to pay bills of convention.
The Contingent Treasurer made her report to the board.
She reported a balance in treasury of $158.33. On motion
$10.00 was donated to Mrs. Kinney, Contingent Treasurer,
for her faithful services.
That we pay the Executive Board registration fee if not
a delegate from local society. That we have the president
of local societies state how many minutes they want and to
be responsible for the same. That all treasurers holding
money be bonded.

Resolved, That we do hereby petition the Executive
Board of the parent Mite Missionary Society in session at
Louisville, Ky., that they assist us in our specific work of
raising funds for building a mission house in Basuto Land,
said mission house to cost $2,000.
Recommendations-And be is further resolved, That we
do hereby petition the Executive Board of the parent Mite
Missionary Society that reasonable and accurate informa-
tion be given out from time to time as to the output of
missionary money.
