      during the week commencing on the 18 day of March 1860
                        G.R. Clark        Overseer.

the 18  Sunday.  This day clear & pleasant  The Negroes
        all well  Mr William Brown came
        here to day to work on the enjin
        The Negroes all at rest to day
                                     all well

the 19  Monday.  This day clear and cool  13 ploughs
        runing  The woman working in the
        new ground  5 men roling loggs  2 makeing
        fence  2 halling fier wood  3 at the saw
         mill with Mr Brown the enjinier
                                         all well  
the 20  Tuesday.  This day clear & cool  The river still
        falling slowly.  The same work to day as
         yesterday    The Negroes all well except
                            old Synay



the 21  Wednesday.  This day clear & pleasant  The river
        still falling  The same work as yester
        day

                                            2 sick

the 22  Thursday.  This day clear and pleasant
        The same work as yesterday
        The river still falling

the 23  Friday.  This day clear & pleasant  The

        Mrs. Eustis bough 565 bushels of 
        corn to day in the year from Mr Water
        Thornley
