                            Plowing & borrowing off cotton
                            balence scropeing cotton
May                1st  Tuesday.    13 plowes running planted
                                    the oats patch in corn
                                    Bazzel took the corn 16 bushels
                                     5 Bls of pork home to Shourtard
                                    Plantition 
                                               after stock
                            Bazzel commenced looking round
                   2    Wednesday.    13 plows runing borrowing 
 Bazzel                               of cotton  Nelce & his gang
taken 5 Bls                           hoeing sucklers commenced
of mess pork                         hoeing this side of the gate opposit the lot
& 16 bushels corn                   the weather is rather cool moderatly
