Art 4th

	It should be the duty of the Vice 

President to assist the Pres. at all meetings 

and to fill any vacancy that may 

occur by the absence, resignation or 

death of the President

Art 5th

	It shall be the duty of the 

Secretary to record all the business 

of the Ass. to keep an accurate account 

of its liabilities and assets and report 

the same at every alternate meeting 

and to fulfill all other obligations 

which may be imposed on him by 

the By-Laws

Art 6th

	It shall be the duty of the 

Treasurer to receive and hold all 

monies belonging to the Ass. and 

to report an account of the same 

to the Sec. One week prior to his 

making report and to pay out 

no money unless on an order 

signed by the Sec. and countersigned 

by the President

Art 7th

	It shall be the duty of the 

Board of Directors to superintend 

all the business of the Ass. to prepare 

and report business for the con-

sideration of the Society and all 

matters subject to the action of the 

Ass. must first be brought before 

them, they shall also have the 

power to levy a special tax on 

the members whenever they deem that 

the causes demand it
