      N. Richmond  O  July 25, 70



  Mass meeting of the U A S

     the Pres briefly stated the object

    of the meeting, after which the

     invitations  from both lodges were

     read; 1 on motion the invitations recd:

  2 on motion it was Agreed that the

   Pres empower the Sec to extend the

     invitation to the good Sameritans of. N.R

          it was moved that we turn

   out both male and ... and lost

   it was moved that we turn out

    at Felicity and lost

  3 on motion it was agreed that the

   Cor sect address both lodges that we cannot

  come to either celebration en masse but

   A few of the Brothers and Sisters may be up;

  1 on motion it was Agreed that the

    Society meet the 1st thursday in each

   month in which the Constitution By laws

   are read and the signes practiced;

    on it was moved that Mr Cambel be informed

     by the president that he may go to work

       at the fence as soon as possible. Car

         on motion it was agreed that we 

        adjourn, to meet at the Call of the President



        New Richmond Ohio Aug 8 1870

       A Mass meeting of the U A Society

     Meeting opened with prayr by the Chaplain the

    President steted the object of the meeting

    Moved and sec that the minites of the last mass

   meeting be red carried moved and sec that 

   the minutes of the last mass meeting be re

    ceived moved and sec that the papers and 

     letter be sent round to the genl president 

           carried moved and sec that John
