          Call meeting of U.A.A.S

    Members meet pursuant to appointment               

  after considerable debate concerning what we should

  do on the 28th

    on motion agreed that we have A picnic

    on motion agreed that we have A fruit table to defray

   expenses of the day.

   on motion agreed that we meet at the A..M..E Church

   at half past 8 oclock and march from there to the ground

    on motion agreed that we turn out in full regalia

     on motion agreed that we invite the Divisions from 

     Ripley - Felicity - Georgetown and N. Branch

     on motion agreed that our grand pres be 1st speaker

                             Chas. Johnson  2ond

                          Mrs. E.J......        3rd  

                          Miss M. Chambers  4th

                               L. Hudson    5th

                          H. Fox Jr..       6th

                    agreed that A com of 5 be appointed to attend

    on motion agreed that H Fox Jr read the Pres 

     Emancipation Proclamation on 

      on motion agreed that we invite the several
