     New Richmond  Ohio  March 20th 1876



A Mass.Meeting of Colored Union Aid Society

The meeting was called to order by pres at 15 after

Eight 8oclock.  Devotional Exercises were conducted 

by Bro Henry Fox sr. On motion the minutes

  of last meeting  were read & received the roll

was now called the following members

answering to their names.  A McCool. W Scott

J.M. Taylor  F. Garner  H. Fox sr & H Fox Jr.

 Received From Sister Boone                  for

hay  Two. Dollars  which was paid into treasury 




            Motion that Bro Willis Scott

make a proposal to the trustees of the A.M.E.

church towards making a change of this 

property for the Old   A.M.E. church. Unanimo

usly Carried.

           Motion to adjourn to meet at 

the call of the president next Monday night




           Mass Meeting Minutes

                New Richmond. O. June 19th 1876

           Pursuant to call by the president McCoul

a mass meeting of the U.A.S male & female met 

in their hall   Members present A. McCoul

 John Campbell. Willis Scott. Henry Fox Jr.

  Emily Campbell  Mary Harmon  Mariah Hudson

  The president stated  that the object of the

 meeting was to give the members an opportunity

 to express themselves in relation to whether

 they shall continue as Union Aids or not.

         Motion to adjourn  Carried.
