  5th   Resolved, That we consider the 

   Corperation of Cincinnatti bound in 

   justice and should be so bound in law 

   to make reperation for all the damag done 

   by her lawless inhabitants on their lawabiding 

    citizens

     6th Resolved  That we earnestly call 

  on all the good citizens [crossed out word "people"] of Ohio, as they value 

   the honor & prosperity of the State [crossed out words "to raise in the"] 

   as they value the Constitution and 

   laws of the land, as they regard the perpitu-

   ity of our happy and truly republican 

   institutions, to rise in the majesty of their 

   strength rally to the standerd of liberty 

   the constitution and laws of the State 

   and put down Mobocracy with all its

   supporters be thy high or low ritch or poor

      7th Resolved  That we approve of 

   the reasons assigned by the Executive Committee

   of Ohio A.S.S. for refusing to surrender the 

   right to publish the Philanthropist
