  8th   Resolved  That we pledge ourselves 

  to aid in the reestablishment of the Philanthro

   pist at any place that the Ex. Cot. of the Ohio 

  State A.S.S. see proper to establishit, but we 

  prefer Cincinnattie as their the right appears 

  to be desfiled

     Afther the adoption of the above a motion 

  prevailed that individual pledes by now 

  given for the payment of money for the above 

   purpose and allso to redeem a pledg of 

   fifty dollars already made to the society payment 

   to be made on or before the 1st day of next 

  month - Immediately pledges was made 

   amounting in all to $156.50 ct.

     On motion Reselved that a coppy of the above 

  be sent to the Ex. Committee of the S.A.S.S. and 

   also that a coppy be forwared to the editor 

   of the Ohio Whig with a reques that he 

   publish the same in his paper

      On motion the society adjored
