kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put
down all rule and all authority and power. For he must
reign till he hath put all enemies under his feet * * * And
when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the
Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things
under him, that God may be all in all." I Cor. 15:24, 25, 28.
We admire these words of Anne Steele:

"That once loved form, now 'cold and dead,
             Each mournful thought employs:
We weep our earthly comforts fled.
             And withered all our joys.

Hope looks beyond the bounds 'of time,
             When what we now deplore
Shall rise in full immortal prime,
And' bloom to fade no more."
                                             J. M. BROWN.
