                     Evening Session.
  The convention assembled at 7 o'clock and resumed busi-
ness.  Miss Leota Barnett made her report on the sale of
literature.  See report.  The convention, in consideration
of the faithful services of the President for eight succes-
sive years, voted to present her a purse of ten dollars.
  The Finance Committee made a partial report, which
was received, with necessary corrections. The President
appointed Mrs. Victoria Lane, Mrs. Essie Rickman and
Mrs. Ada Boler on the Executive Committee. Adjourned.

        FOURTH DAY--SUNDAY, JULY 2, 1916
                     Morning Session.
  The fourth day's session of the W. M. M. S. was begun
with 6 o'clock prayer meeting and public service, led by
Mrs. L. E. White.  This meeting was a spiritual feast to all
who attended.
  At 10 o'clock memorial services were conducted by Mrs.
Josie Collins and Mrs. Ada Boler.
   The Committee on Memoirs reported the following per-
 sons having died during the year:
   From Allen Temple-Miss Eliza Hagerman and Mrs.
 Pocahontas Hubbard.
   From Zanesville-Mrs. Alice West.
   From Lancaster-Mrs. Alberta Allen.
   Suitable addresses were made on the lives and labors of
 these sisters.
   At 11 o'clock the pastor, Rev. Ira Collins, opened the
 regular service. Singing by the choir. Prayer. Scripture
 Lesson was then read--St. Matt. 28. Rev. Collins preached
 from the text, St. Matt. 28: 19, 20, "Go ye, therefore into
 all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, etc."
 His subject was "Missionary Zeal."  He stated that Christ
 had given us many commandments and many promises,
 but his final commandment and most earnest plea was for
 us to go teach all nations of His love We may not always
 hear the call "Come over to Macedonia," but neverthless
 we must go. We may find a Macedonia at our door.
   The sacrament of the Lord's Supper was administered to
 the convention and congregation by the pastor.
   The offering was lifted, after which the doxology was
 sung and the pastor pronuonced the benediction.
