Dear Sir 	Columbus June 6. 1857
	I send you herewith a copy of the consti-
tution of Ohio, of 1802 duly certified under 
the great Seal of the State as suggested in your 
letter of April 8th.
     The Governor will be glad to hear from time 
to time of the progress of the case, and to be 
advised of anything that can be done on 
his best to subserve the cause of Justice and 
right in the premises.
