Item Description
Letter from Faustin S. Delany to Whom It May Concern

Wilberforce University,
Wilberforce, Ohio,
Oct. 1, 1897.

To whom it may concern:
	It gives
me pleasure to testify to
the character of Mr. Charles
Burroughs. Mr. Burroughs
is a regular graduate of this
University, and during the
years of his sojourn here
impressed his personality
on the students and teachers of
the school. He was a diligent,
constant, conscientious student,
and we all have great hope
that he will realize his fondest
ambition.

Faustin S. Delany,
Dept. of Mathematics,
W.U.
