11. Lieutenant Colonel Charles Young, 10th Cavalry, now at 
the Letterman General Hospital, Presidio of San Francisco, Cali-
fornia, will report in person to Colonel Henry H. Ludlow, Coast 
Artillery Corps, president of the examining board in this city, 
appointed by paragraph 26, Special Orders, No. 91 Western De-
partment, April 30, 1917, at such time as he may be required 
by the board for examination to determine his fitness for pro-
motion.
