56. Lieut. Col. Charles Young, 10th Cavalry, now at the 
Letterman General Hospital, Presidio of San Francisco, Cal., 
will proceed to Columbus, Ohio, and report to the adjutant 
general of Ohio for duty.  The travel directed is necessary 
in the military service.
