Following telegram war department tenth instant repeated for information of 

Lt Col Charles Young Qoute reference your number two hundred and eighty three 

order made directing Lieut Col. Charles Young Tenth cavalry proceed to Columbus 

Ohio and report to adjutant general of state for duty.  Please inform him 

McCain unquote.
