Letter from James Howard to Charles Young

					9-12-1920

Dear Col. Young

See this I have answered
it alredy I told them that
you came with Mr. Mitchell
who said that he wanted the
men to take to President and
knowing that they were men
of the Labor Company I could
waive any objection. I heard
that he say any man who want
to do anything and cannot first
report to Sect. of War. will be dismst
but that is alright if I am dismst
for the right, but I will see what
will be done with Major.
