					Monrovia, Dec. 7, 1920.


Capt. James B. Howard, L.F.F,

	Camp Johnson.

Sir:

	You will please explain by endorsement hereon why 
Prisoners Komah Ke and Fissabu Barbay were taken from Camp 
Johnson this date without orders from these Headquarters.
	It has been reported that these two prisoners were taken 
from Camp Johnson by Colonel Young and brought to Monrovia.
